• When the concentration of the product in the air reaches such a level that oxygen content in the air reduces to lower than 19.5%, it will cause suffocation;
• Rescuing work should be provided with self-support aspirators;
• Contact with the product will cause frostbite.
• It is mainly used as spraying agent in food industry, refrigerant, etchant for integrated circuit, dielectric blend with SF6, polymerization aid for fluorinated compounds.
• Cylinder or ISO tank, filling ratio: 1.296kg/L;
• After closing the valve, tighten up the stopper and cap for the sake of no leakage out of cylinder;
• Prevent from shocking during transportation of cylinders;
• Storage should be provided with good ventilation and dry conditions. Keep away from heat source.
